Elder Wirthlin of the Seventy spoke to the College students tonight. It was fanstastic!
D&C 61:36-"And now, verily I say unto you, and what I say unto one I say unto all, be of good cheer. . . ". He continued with 3 things that take away our happiness: Sin, Adversity, and Fear. It is a commandment to be of good cheer that is looked over far too much. Being a college student with finals approaching fast I feel at peace. "Be of good cheer starting now", Elder Wirthlin says. Another thing that goes along sin, adversity, and fear is repentance. This is our key to happiness! I have come up with a new saying that will help me to remember this fact. Are you happy?
